Does anybody know if the birds in Kumarakom are migratory?. If they are, what are some of their names and seasons.

Hyacinth

Water hyacinth has taken over Vembanad lake and the surrounding canals. It has become a big menace by clogging the waterways, obstructing free movement of boats and depriving the tourists of a nice view. Hyacinth also affects fish growth, water movement and environmental quality. Government of Kerala should take appropriate action to clear the waters of Hyacinth.Kumarrao (talk) 06:48, 27 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
